Transcribers are well-trained on your format requirements. They undergo different training sessions for different types of legal proceedings and any specific format requirements you may have. Apart from this, they are trained for two months on transcription and working on being familiar with the terms and procedures that usually occur in a legal proceeding or meeting.
We can work on different audio formats such as .wma, .mp3, .aiff and .dcr. We can also work with different audio players depending on the audio formats. We also work with difficult audio – audios with a lot of crosstalk and/or heavy accent

In spite of having such lengthy proceedings ranging from 5 to 50 hours, our QA department ensures that consistency is maintained throughout the transcript, especially with regard to, among other things, spellings, phonetics, inaudibles, frequently occurring terms and product names.
